We often have special order items and sizes that our customers order and find that they needed something different or a different size. Kimball Design is devoted to helping you, the customer to get what you need. So, in an ongoing effort to meet your needs we gladly replace items ordered wrong.
When items are damaged in shipping, Kimball Design returns those items to our shop where they are carefully repaired and offered to you at a discount.
Some items are without face trim or face trim can be easily replaced. Additional item of the same size can be built to complete an order.
All items offered here are inspected and meet our quality control requirements.
